About Telgárt:
The

village Telgárt is situated at the bottom of the southern slope of the Nízke Tatry (Low Tatras). The river Hron separates

this territory from the Slovenské Rudohorie (Slovak Rudohorie). The village arose in the 14th century and belonged to the

Murán county. The first written reference about the village originates in 1326. The settlement arose at the spring of the

Hron river, at the road allying Gemer with Spiš. It was founded by Šoltýs Mikuláš, son of Ladislav Kun from Spiš. During the

lordship of István Koháry, inhabitants of Telgárt adopted the Greek-Catholic confession and in 1784, František Koháry built a

church. During the World War II, on September 5, 1944 the German troops set fire to the valley and 263 houses burnt down.

Telgárt was liberated on January 27, 1945 by the Romanian army. The village keeps old customs and traditions and the old folk

costume is still used today. It is distinctive, austere and adapted to mountain conditions. Telgárt is a suitable starting

point for the hikes to the Králova Hola Mountain (altitude 1984 m). The Telgárt district is renowned for its splendid natural

beauties such as the spring of the river Hron with the relief shelter Martalúzka - state national reservation, spring of the

Hnilec creek, cave Homola and the Stratený potok (Lost Creek). There are two springs of earthy and gypsum acid water (sc.

`kyselka` - a healing spring) in the village. In winter, there are very good conditions for rally skiing. All of these

Terms
We have a refundable reservation fee policy which enables you to hold an apartment for up to 30 days without

actually committing to the purchase. This enables you to view the development and do further due diligence prior to signing

your contract and paying your first instalment. Only 10% of your reservation fee is retained by us as an administration

charge. We will accept verbal reservations which are valid for 72 hours. The refundable reservation fee is €3,000 and should

accompany a signed reservation form which is available upon request. This reservation fee is deducted from your first

instalment. After 30 days of receipt of your reservation form and cheque, the reservation fee becomes non-

refundable.
FIRST INSTALMENT - 40% upon signing the Preliminary Contract of Sale
SECOND INSTALMENT - 30% upon

completion of the roof level of your apartment building
FINAL INSTALMENT - 30% upon completion.

Fees:
The following additional one-off fees apply when purchasing property for sale in Slovakia:

particular contract, as you are charged per page. (It is around 1,30 GBP per page, you need 6 copies of every contract
